This Recovery Room spicy buffalo Alfredo was inspired by one of our favorite restaurants in upstate New York, Recovery Sports Grill (a.k.a. the Recovery Room). My family loves this restaurant. We all have our own purposes when we come to dine in here. My husband thinks that they serve the best fall-off-the-bone ribs in the whole capital region. My son loves to play the games after dinner. I love to indulge their pasta dishes. |

But among all the entrees in their dinner menu, this Recovery Room Spicy Buffalo Alfredo is my all-time favorite. Best of all, the price you pay in the restaurant can remake a great family meal. I always like to serve a salad or simply sautéed broccoli with garlic as a side dish for healthy eating.
Ingredients
1 Rotisserie Chicken (shredded; discard bones and skin) or make your own
1 pound Farfalle (a.k.a. Bow Tie Pasta or any short pasta)

3 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon flour
3 cups Milk
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (I personally likes regular grated Parmesan cheese)
Seasonings
1 pot of water
1 teaspoon Salt + 1 pinch
1 tablespoon Oil
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper + 1 pinch
