Pepperoni and Parmesan Chips, Y.U.M.....Pepperoni and Parmesan are always on pizza. How could it possibly serve them as chips? Well, you will find out. They are crispy with more intense flavors.
Although once you serve these chips, they would be gone in no time. So, double the quantity or save some for yourself first before handing them out to anybody else.

I experimented with 2 different sizes of sliced pepperoni. The sandwich
size has a better look in presentation. Due to its size, the flavor is
more intense. To some people, that intense flavor could be too much to
handle.
The regular size which is usually served with pizza
definitely much smaller. If you follow this recipe, you will realize
that those small chips piling together can make a small mound. Besides,
the flavor is milder which is widely accepted by most people.
I
remember when I first made the Parmesan chips, I used the powder kind
where you can get it in the pasta aisle. Well, before the cook time
over, I smelled something burning in the oven. So, I learned my lesson
in a hard way. Use the Parmesan cheese where they sell it in the
produce asile. Use the real cheese and you will get lovely and nutty
flavored Parmesan chips.
My 8-year-old loves these chips so
much. I once combined about 10-12 tsp of Parmesan cheese and spread it
out evenly on a 13"x9" baking pan to make a gigantic Parmesan chip. So,
this is one fun thing you can do with your little one(s). Or have them
to help you to put the ingredients on the baking sheets.
Another great thing about these chips is that....their crispness does last quite a while which is perfect for entertaining.
