Tip/IdeaUsing Vanilla Extract Other Than DessertMany years ago, my husband and I attended plenty of seminars to learn how to invest in real estates and other businesses. This tip stuck with me since I heard about it and thought that I will share this with you. This is a tip from a real estate investor. To bring the home warming feeling and atmosphere into a house, fragrance is a great way to go. Although there are plenty of varieties in the supermarkets, it may be too strong for you. I personally tend to sneeze a lot if I have one plugged in. In that case, you can simply use a q-tip and a capful of vanilla extract. Add a little drop of extract on top of every lightbulb inside the house. When the lights are on, it starts to release the fragrance.
